The AJGA's September Spectacular with Junior Solheim Cup and Junior President's Cup

This month is a big one for the international golf calendar with a series of team competitions, and that extends to the junior golf scene, with the Junior Solheim Cup and Junior Presidents Cup keeping the American Junior Golf Association busy. 

The second day of the Ping Junior Solheim Cup is today in the Netherlands. The Junior Presidents Cup will be September 19-21, a few days before the Presidents Cup at Medinah outside of Chicago in DuPage County. 

“This is something that we hope when they’ve finished off the week that not only they’ve had a great experience with their parents and coaches and everything else, but hopefully they’ve created those lasting friendships and memories that’ll carry them through,” said Patrick Cansfield, Senior Director of Development for the AJGA. “And ideally, we’ll see a lot of these kids competing together again down the road on the actual Presidents Cup and Solheim Cup teams.”
